Ordinance - Code Amendment - Chapter 13 - Alcohol Liquor Dealers

The Committee of the Whole recommendation for a Class A liquor license to Sushi De Tapas, Inc dba Kaido Sushi located at 45 W Golf Road, will be reported under the Old Business portion of the agenda.  In the event the Board desires to approve the requested Class A license, staff recommends adoption of the attached ordinance, amending the Village Code to increase the number of authorized Class A liquor license from 30 to 31
