Background

St Edna Church is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for a raffle to take place during their annual craft fair being held October 14th and 15th.  Tickets will be sold both days from 8am to 4pm, with the winner being determined October 15th at 4pm.

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested.
