Background

St Edna Church is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for a raffle to take place in conjunction with their Bingo event being held on November 17, 2023.  Tickets will be sold the night of the event from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, with the winner being announced at 8:30pm that evening.  

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board waive the bond requirement as requested.
