At the October 16, 2023 Village Board meeting, a request for a Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision to subdivide the property into three lots, and a variation to allow Lot 1B and Lot 1D without each lot having their full frontage abutting a street, was discussed and approved.  The ordinance setting forth the provisions and conditions of approval is attached.
