A Public Hearing on the proposed budget is required by State Statute to provide for formal public comment on the budget.  This is the final step of the budget process that started in June with the review of the 2024 Budget Ceilings.  The Proposed 2024 Budget was reviewed at two separate public meetings held in November.  The proposed budget incorporates a business plan that reflects the Village Board's goals and objectives.

The Proposed 2024 Budget can be found on the Village's web page under the Village Budget and Financials link.  Any Board amendments to the proposed budget would be shown under the 2023 Budget Ordinance under the Legal section of this Agenda.  However, no such amendments have been made for the 2024 Budget.
