Ordinance - Code Amendment-Chapter 13- Alcohol Liquor Dealers (increase Class AA liquor license)

At the March 4, 2024 Village Board meeting, if the issuance of a Class “AA" liquor licenses is approved for Nostimos LLC dba Nostimos Greek Kitchen at 286 W. Rand Road, the attached ordinance is required.  The attached ordinance increases the number of liquor licenses authorized for a Class “AA” license from 20 to 21.
