At the April 1, 2024 Village Board meeting, a rezoning from R-1 to R-3, and a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision to subdivide the property into two lots was discussed and approved.  The Village Board also discussed and acknowledged a request for variations.  The Rezoning ordinance setting forth the provisions and conditions of approval is attached.
