Ordinance - Code Amendment - Chapter 13 - Alcohol Liquor Dealers (increase Class B and Class T)

 

At the July 1, 2024 Village Board meeting, if the issuance of a Class B and Class T liquor license is approved for Amazon Retail LLC dba Amazon Fresh at 325 E Palatine Road, the attached ordinance is required.  The attached ordinance increases the number of liquor license authorized for Class B from 32 to 33 and for Class T from 27 to 28.
