Background

The proposed 2024 Annual Action Plan, including the CDBG budget, and proposed substantial amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan have been the subject of two public hearings and a 30-day public comment period. The second of the two required public hearings is scheduled for the July 15, 2024 Village Board meeting. The proposed 2024 Annual Action Plan (including the CDBG budget), the proposed substantial amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan supporting documents are located under tonight’s Public Hearing agenda item on this topic.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the proposed 2024 Annual Action Plan (including the CDBG budget) and the substantial amendments to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan be adopted including any amendments made during tonight’s public hearing and transmitted to HUD for their review and approval.
