Background

Hersey Instrumental Association is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for the raffle taking place on October 18, 2024.  Tickets will be sold at from September 4th at 7pm to October 14th at 11pm.  The winner will be announced at the final varsity football game of the 2024 season on Friday, October 18, 2024.  

Value of prizes:  Not to exceed $15,000

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement as requested by the Hersey Instrumental Association.
