Background

Mision San Juan Diego Parish is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for the raffle taking place at their festival on July 28, 2024.  Tickets will be sold from July 24th, 5 pm to July 28, 7:00pm, with the winner being announced at 7:00pm on the main stage.

Value of prizes:  $8,000.00

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement as requested by Mision San Juan Diego Parish.
