The installation of public improvements for the Crescent Place Subdivision have been completed as required under Article V of the Subdivision Control Regulations. Crescent Place is located at 310 W. Rand Road. The public improvements included the addition of public sidewalk, which completed an existing gap. Staff has conducted a final inspection of this development and found no deficiencies.

In accordance with Section 29-505, the next required step in the process is for the Village Board of Trustees to approve a resolution, formally accepting the public improvements, which will then become the property of the Village of Arlington Heights. Upon passage of this resolution, the Public Improvement Bond will be released.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the Crescent Place Subdivision Public Improvements and attached Resolution and authorize the Village Manager to execute the necessary documents.
