BACKGROUND

At the October 7, 2013 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Police Sergeant Stephanie Mack, who slipped down hardwood stairs at a resident's home while responding to an emergency call.

 

The settlement amount is $15,000, which falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.


 

RECOMMENDATION


It is recommended that the Village Board approve the worker's compensation settlement to Stephanie Mack in the amount of $15,000.
