BACKGROUND

The City of Chicago has requested that a representative from Ward 40 be added to the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission (ONCC). The Chicago City Council approved a revised intergovernmental agreement to accomplish this change. Each member of the ONCC is being asked to approve the revised agreement. With this addition, there will be a total of six ward representatives on the Commission.

Attached is a resolution and revised intergovernmental agreement reflecting the above change.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board approve a Resolution Authorizing the Execution an Amendment of the Intergovernmental Agreement Relating to the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission.
