BACKGROUND

The current 2014/15 I.T. Equipment Replacement Program fund provides for the annual replacement of Village computer equipment.  The I.T. Division has selected Dell computers for standardizing desktop PC's, which makes the installation process uniform and cuts repair costs and replacement parts. 

Bids for the following item were duly advertised and publicly opened. The bids are as follows:

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board authorize the purchase of 23 Dell Computers for a cost of $10,292.96 from Wynndalco Enterprises Inc., Chicago, IL. References have been checked and Wynndalco has been determined to be a responsible vendor.
