Background
The Annual Hearts of Gold Awards Dinner hosted by the Special Events Commission is being held Saturday, February 21 at Rolling Green Country Club. Rolling Green is able to accommodate the Commission’s estimated crowd of 250 anticipated guests at a rate of $60 per dinner.

Recommendation
In the interest of using an Arlington Heights venue for the event that does not require a specific guaranteed number of guests, it is recommended that the Village Board waive the bidding procedure and authorize the utilization of Rolling Green Country Club for the Hearts of Gold Dinner. The actual costs for the dinner are covered by business sponsors and attendees.
