Background

St. James is requesting a waiver of the bond fee requirement for their annual raffle this fall. Tickets will be sold from September 4th - 27th. Weekling drawings will take place from October 2, 2015 through May 27, 2016.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond fee requirement.
