BACKGROUND

The Agreement between the Village and the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission is going to expire on December 31, 2015. Attached is a Resolution and a new Agreement. The Agreement will extend the Village's participation until December 31, 2020. The Village retains the right to withdraw from the Agreement at any time with 60 days' notice.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board approve a Resolution Authorizing an Amendment of the Intergovernmental Agreement Relating to the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission
