Background
The Village Board approved the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision for Drost Hasche on November 16, 2015. All required fees have been paid. One condition of the Preliminary Plat is that prior to recording of the Final Plat, that the existing home at 927 N. Highland Avenue is demolished.
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision.
Recommendation
A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on December 9, 2015 where Commissioner Jensen moved and Commissioner Warskow seconded:
A motion to recommend approval to the Village Board of Trustees of the Final Plat of Subdivision for the Drost/Hasche Subdivision, PC#15-017.
Roll Call Vote: Commissioners Cherwin, Dawson, Drost, Ennes, Green, Jensen, Sigalos, Warskow and Chairman Lorenzini voted in favor. Motion carried.
