At the September 21, 2015 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Police Officer Susan Burgo. Police Officer Burgo injured her back while searching for a weapon when responding to a call. 

The settlement amount of $27,086.25 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.

It is recommended that the Village Board approve a settlement of $27,086.25 for the workers' compensation claim for Police Officer Susan Burgo.
