At the December 21, 2015 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Firefighter Jason Horlacher. Firefighter Horlacher injured his right knee while exiting a fire engine.

The settlement amount of $23,715.68 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.

It is recommended that the Village Board approve a settlement of $23,715.68 for the worker's compensation claim of Firefighter Jason Horlacher.
