At the May 4, 2015 Closed session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Firefighter David LeMaire. Firefighter LeMaire injured his right knee while on a fire call.

The settlement amount of $124,696.25 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.
