Background

Living Christ Lutheran Church is requesting a waiver of the bond fee requirement for their upcoming raffle held in conjunction with their fundraising dinner on February 27, 2016. This event is being held to raise funds for their comfort dog ministry, in particular, JoJo, their comfort dog. Tickets will be sold from February 1-27, 2016. The winner will be announced at the dinner on February 27, 2016.

Recommendation

Staff recommends the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond fee requirement.
