Background

Drawings/Plans will soon be submitted to the Village for the Arlington Lakes Golf Clubhouse interior improvements with construction tentatively scheduled to begin March, 2016. The Arlington Heights Park District is requesting a waiver of all applicable Village of Arlington Heights Planning and Building permit fees and/or all applicable Village review fees related to this project.

Recommendation

Staff recomments that the Village Board grant a waiver of permit fees to the Arlington Heights Park District for the Arlington Lakes Golf Clubhouse Interior Improvements.
