It is recommended that the Village Board approve the Substantial Amendment including:

1. Reallocating $20,000 in the 2015 Federal Fiscal Year Annual Action Plan from the Single Family Rehab to the Group Home and Transitional Housing Program; and

2. Amending the 2016 Village budget reallocating $21,550 in CDBG funds from the Single Family Rehab program to the Group Home and Transitional Housing Program.
