Background

The Rotary Club of Elmhurst is requesting a waiver of the bond fee requirement for their raffle to be sold on May 7th from 2:30pm to 6:00pm at Ditka's Arlington Park Trackside. The winner will be announced the day of the event at 6:00pm.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond fee requirement.
