BACKGROUND

 

Special Use Permit to allow an Automobile Car Wash and Detailing in the B-3 Zoning District.

 

RECOMMENDATION

 

A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on April 13, 2016 where Commissioner Drost moved and Commissioner Jensen seconded:

 

A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees approval of PC#16-005, the Special Use Permit to allow an automobile car wash and detailing in the B-3 Zoning District.  This approval is subject to the following conditions:

 

1. The Petitioner shall comply with all Federal, State, and Village codes, regulations, and policies.

 

Roll Call Vote:  Commissioners Cherwin, Drost, Ennes, Green,Jensen and Chairman Lorenzini voted in favor. Motion carried.
