Background

The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition is requesting a waiver of the bond fee requirement for their upcoming raffle held during their walk/run event at the Arlington Park International Racecourse on June 18, 2016. Tickets will be sold the day of the event from 8:30am - 11:30am, with the winner being announced at 11:30am.

Recommendation

Staff recommends the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond fee requirement.
