Recommendation
A public hearing was held by the Plan Commission on May 25, 2016 where Commissioner Dawson moved and Commissioner Green seconded:
A motion to recommend to the Village Board of Trustees approval of PC# 16-008, a Preliminary and Final PUD to allow a new 9,817 square-foot dental office building on the east side of the Esplanade Shopping Center.
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of an MWRD permit for stormwater.
2. Recording of the declaration of easements, covenants, and restrictions prior to the building permit issuance.
3. Payment of all engineering fees and deposits prior to appearance before the Village Board for final PUD approval.
4. All trees shown as "dead" on Sheet T-1 (Tree Preservation Plan) shall be removed.
5. All plans are subject to Design Commission approval and any conditions of approval as recommended by the Design Commission.
6. The Petitioner shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations and policies.
Roll Call Vote: Commissioners Cherwin, Dawson, Ennes, Green, Jensen (with comment), Sigalos, Warskow and Chairman Lorenzini voted in favor. Motion carried.
