Background

The Arlington Heights Park District respectfully requests the waiver of all applicable Village of Arlington Heights Planning and Building Permit fees and/or all applicable Village review fees related to the 2016 ADA Concrete Improvements Project for the Arlington Heights Park District, with the exception of any out of pocket fees. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin August 2016 (pending Village approvals).

Estimated amount of fee waiver: Frontier Park $723.00, Windsor Park $294.00, for a total of $1017.00.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the applicable permit fees related to the 2016 ADA Concrete Improvements Project for the Arlington Heights Park District.
