Background

St. James is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their annual raffle this fall. Tickets will be sold from September 9 through September 29, 2016. Weekly drawings will take place from October 7, 2016 through June 2, 2017.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond requirement.
