The Arlington Heights Park District respectfully requests the waiver of all applicable Village of Arlington Heights Planning and Building permit fees and/or all applicable Village review fees, with the exception of any out of pocket fees, for the 2016 Water Service Replacement at Hasbrook Park.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the applicable permit fees related to the 2016 Water Service Replacement at Hasbrook Park.
