At the June 20, 2016 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Maintenance Worker Robert Bonifazi. While installing a shelf, Robert stood up, hit his head and twisted his left knee.

 

The settlement amount of $32,120.91 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.

 

Recommendation

It is recommended that the Village Board approve a settlement of $32,120.91  for the workers' compensation claim for Maintenance Worker Robert Bonifazi.
