Background

The membership of WINGS Program Inc. is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for a raffle taking place at their Spa Day event to be held on October 15, 2016 at the Double Tree Hotel Chicago in Arlington Heights. Tickets will be sold the day of the event from 10:00am to 12:30pm. The winner will be determined the day of the event at 1:00pm.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement for WINGS Program, Inc.
