BACKGROUND

Attached is an amendment to the Employee Leasing Agreement between the Village of Arlington Heights and GovTemps USA, LLC for a work site contract employee within the Planning & Community Development Department. Contract services have been utilized over the past few years. Maintaining timely, quality customer service is most important. The Agreement is to be extended annually. Funds were budgeted for contract planning work in the FY17 budget as part of the Staffing transition approved.

The work site contract employee would work approximately 15-25 hours per week as needed with hours expected to be lowered in May as part of the staffing transition.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the attached Resolution Approving an Amendment to the Agreement between the Village of Arlington Heights and GovTemps USA, LLC and authorize the Village Manager to execute that Agreement.
