Background

The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their upcoming raffle held during their annual run/walk event at the Arlington International Racecourse on May 20, 2017. Tickets will be sold the day of the event from 8:00am to 10:30am, with the winner being announced at 10:30am.

Recommendation

Staff recommends the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement.
