Request:

Petitioners, Bonnie and Charles Gerstung, along with son, Charlie, of 610 E. Maude Avenue, requested a variance from Chapter 23, Section R305.1 for a ceiling height less than code in order to make a bedroom in the basement.

Recommendation:

At the meeting on May 30, 2017, the Building Code Review Board made a motion recommending to the Village Board to grant the request for a variance from the Village Code provided revisions listed in Alternates 1 and 2 are done. See Exhibit A.
