Item:	Resolution - Plat of Easement for Water Main

The Village requested this easement from the homeowners at 119 and 121 Regency Drive West and 116 Pear Tree Lane. Having this easement will allow the Village to save money on the current water main replacement project by utilizing a shorter route. The easement will also facilitate easier maintenance to the water main the future. The method of construction for the installation will be directional bore to minimize restorative efforts related to the installation.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the attached Resolution Accepting a Plat of Easement for Water Main Purposes at 119 and 121 Regency Drive West and 116 Pear Tree Lane.
