At the February 20, 2017 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Firefighter/ Paramedic Ryan Glendenning. Firefighter Glendenning injured his left ankle when he slipped on ice while stepping out of the ambulance that was parked along a curb.

The settlement amount of $27,116.37 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the workers' compensation settlement for Ryan Glendenning in the amount of $27,116.37.
