Background

The American Legion Post #208 is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement in conjunction with their weekly raffle.  Tickets will be sold from August 1 to December 31, 2017.  Winners will be determined on a weekly basis on Thursdays, 7:00pm, at the American Legion. 

 

Recommendation

Staff recommends the Village Board grant a waiver of the bond requirement.
