Request:

Petitioners, Ghanshyam Patel and Popat Radadia, requested a variance from Chapter 23, Section 9 of the Arlington Heights Municipal Code requiring a sprinkler system for a 14 x 20 storage shed. 

 

Recommendation:

At the meeting on August 3, 2017, the Building Code Review Board made a motion recommending to the Village Board to grant the storage shed to be built without requiring fire sprinklers.
