Petitioner, William Van Dyke, for 4175 N. Bloomington Avenue, seeking a variance from Chapter 23, Secton 23-402, 903.2 of the Arlington Heights Municipal Code requiring a fire protection system in proposed maintainence garage at 4175 N. Bloomington Ave. 

 

Recommendation

At the meeting on September 25, 2017, the Building Code Review Board made a motion recommending to the Village Board to grant the request for a variance from the Village Code eliminating sprinkler protection for the storage shed in lieu of other protection features discussed.
