Background

The Arlington Heights Park District is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for a their upcoming raffle held during their Holiday Party at Arlington Lakes Golf Club on December 15, 2017. Tickets will be sold the day of the event from 4:30pm to 8:30pm, with the winner being determined at 8:30pm.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond requirement.
