Item: Settlement - Workers' Compensation Claim - Glanz

At the September 5, 2017 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Police Officer Douglas Glanz.  Officer Glanz injured his right elbow while participating in defensive tactics training. 

 

The settlement amount of $ 25,000 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board. 

 

RECOMMENDATION 

It is recommended that the Village Board approve a settlement of $25,000 for the workers' compensation claim for Police Officer Douglas Glanz.
