St. James is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their upcoming raffle for their Auction on November 4, 2017. Raffle tickets will be sold from September 29th to November 4th, 2017, with the winner determined November 4th at 9:00pm.

Recommendation

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond requirement.
