On December 21, 2015, the petitioner (Frank Panzarino) received preliminary approval for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow a 4-story mixed use development at 13 E. Miner Street. The preliminary approval for this project is valid for a period of 24 months. Unless the petitioner files for final PUD approval within that time frame, the preliminary approvals will expire on December 21, 2017. The petitioner has requested a one year extension of the preliminary approval to allow additional time to prepare the plans and documents necessary for final PUD approval.
Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of a 12-month extension of the preliminary approval granted in Ordinance #15-054.
