Background:

St. Edna Church is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their raffles to be held in conjunction with their 2018 bingo events on February 9, April 6, June 29 and October 26, 2018. Tickets will be sold the night of the event from 6:00pm to 9:30pm with the winner being announced at 9:30pm.

Recommendation:

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond requirement.
