Background:

The Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates Rotary Charitable Foundation is requesting a waiver of the bond requirement for their raffle being held at the Arlington International Racecourse on March 3, 2018. The request to also waive application fees is non-applicable, as that is not required for a raffle. Tickets will be sold from December 1, 2017 to March 3, 2018 by members in the NW Suburbs.

Recommendation:

Staff recommends that the Village Board grant the waiver of the bond requirement.
