At the December 18, 2017 Closed Session, the Village Board authorized settlement of the workers' compensation claim for Mildred Leon, receptionist in the Building Department. Ms. Leon broke her hip when she slipped on the floor at work. 

The settlement amount of $111,627 falls within the authorization previously granted by the Board.

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the workers' compensation settlement for Mildred Leon in the amount of $111,627.
