During the review process for a building permit, it was discovered that two feet of an existing public sidewalk at 218 S. Evergreen Avenue is located on private property. The property owner has dedicated an easement which will enable the Village to maintain the public sidewalk.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Village Board approve the attached Resolution accepting a plat of easement for two feet of an existing public sidewalk at 218 S. Evergreen Avenue.
